There's been a lot of debate for and against wearing tights underneath shorts.

For a while, I was on the fence, but recently, I've really been digging tweed shorts over semi-opaque tights. I think it looks awesome!

This outfit plays with lengths. When wearing short shorts, wearing a long vest instead of a short one (extending beyond the length of the shorts would be better) can really up the style of an outfit - try it!
