Step 2 in my skincare routine is the Clinique Clarifying Lotion in 2.

I've been using this toner for years, and though I've tried others, I find myself always coming back to this one. As you can see, my bottle of the stuff is well-loved.

On Clinique's site:

Helps clear away pollution, dulling flakes for smooth, glowing skin. Helps pores look their smallest. Skin accepts moisture better. Grows more resistant to impurities. Stays healthier, younger. Dermatologist-reformulated to be comfortable, non-drying.

I'm not sure this toner is quite as magical as the description seems to make it out to be, but it definitely is a lovely product.

My skin has always liked this lotion. It always feels just a little bit more dull after I stop using it for a while. Whenever I come back to it, I always feel like my skin is a little clearer, and a little bit brighter. My parents also use this toner - they somehow stuck to it even after switching the rest of their skincare out for Babor products.

I have 2 other bottles of toner sitting in my cupboard because this outperforms them. Which is kind of sad, because they were expensive. But I love how this works, and I will continue purchasing until my skin decides that it needs something else.

So sorry about the mistake in my post - the price I stated previously was from the US site (you guys get such cheap prices over there). The Australian site lists the toner as priced at AUD 52 per 487ml bottle.
