Removing Makeup Stains: Vanish Power O2

Wednesday, July 31, 2013

I have never really admitted this, but I am a total klutz. I never really realised it, until I started to notice that my clothes kept coming out of the laundry with stains on them. I knew I'd dropped some makeup on my clothes every once in a while whilst filming, but I didn't know that I was doing it so frequently!

So while I wish that my life involved more of clothes staining of this nature:

It, unfortunately, looks a little more like this:

Enter the saviour of my wardrobe and wallet: Vanish Stain Remover.

I've tried this on every single piece if clothing stained with my makeup, with a 100% success rate. Hot damn.

And it's not just makeup that this works on. My main gripe doing laundry in Melbourne was my boyfriend's incessantly stained collar and cuffs. It drove me absolutely bonkers, and no amount if stain removal spray would remove them. However, one soak in the Vanish detergent and the stains were visibly reduced. Another soak later, the stains were almost completely gone.

I experienced the same success rate on stained intimates - and as a girl, even if this is uncomfortable to talk about, you want something that removes stains easily and without fuss. This is that something.

I completely understand if you don't want to take my word for it, so try it for yourself. This link will take you to a site where you can register to receive your free sample of the Vanish stain remover, delivered right to your doorstep. Vanish are also hosting a competition, where all you need to do is upload a picture of your secret method for removing stains. I'm using the picture above, but with me holding a Vanish bottle! What do you guys think? Enter now for your chance to win an LED TV, washing machine, or fridge.

Vanish Power O2 powder for coloured clothing and Vanish Crystal White Power O2 powder for white clothes retails at RM 13.80 per 500g bottle at all major supermarkets around Malaysia.
