Get the Look: Peacock Masquerade Mask Makeup

I'm posting a simple masquerade mask tutorial today - just following up with the masquerade theme makeup that my Mum requested for an event that she's hosting at the end of the year. This makeup is inspired by the tailfeathers of a peacock. I just wanted to do a simple, understated one that I would wear. I might post a more 'out-there' mask, but only once I get the time. I'm in the midst of exams at the moment, so I haven't really had the time to do as many tutorials as I would like.
Here's the step-by-step:
Using a hard formula eye pencil, lightly draw on the outline of your mask. The hard formula pencil doesn't settle as well into your skin, so that it is easier to 'erase' the marks if you've made a mistake.
I used the SAX Creme Precision Eyeliner in Bronze.
Fill in the eye area with a dark-grey cream eyeshadow. I used Benefit Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in Smut.
Then, using a purple cream eyeshadow, fill in random spots within the grey-eyeshadow area. Make sure to pat and blend slightly so that the makeup stays on the face. Reapply and blend into the skin to add intensity. I used Rimmel Mousse Eyeshadow in 013 Galaxy.
Pat a sparkly blue eyeshadow over the entire area. I used MAC Mineralize Eyeshadow in Blue Flame.
Next, outline your work with a black liquid eyeliner. I used Face of Australia Liquid Eyeliner in Black.
Then, fill in the tail with a gold cream eyeshadow. I used a gorgeous one from Jemma Kidd called JK Jemma Kidd Glitterati Eyeshadow Dust Duo in Papparazzi.
Line your upper lashline with a metallic blue liquid eyeliner. Using that same eyeliner, draw little teardrops within the 'feathers' on the 'tail'. Leave a little hole in the middle of each teardrop shape. I used Avon mark. Metalliner Hook Up Eye Glam in Blue Chrome.
Then, I used the other end of the JK eyeshadow (loose glitter with a rollerball applicator) and applied some golden glitter to the little gold area within the blue teardrop shapes.
Next, apply your foundation. I used Face of Australia Mineral Therapy Liquid Foundation in Beige. How gorgeous is the effect of this foundation, seriously?!
Next, start with your other eye. I wanted to keep the entire effect similar to the 'masked' eye, without being too overpowering, so I used similar textures and colours and kept it simple. Layer the grey cream eyeshadow onto your mobile lid, then apply the glittery blue shadow over the top. Blend out and reapply to achieve the perfect intensity.
Line both eyes. I used MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack.
Then, clean up under both eyes with a concealer. I used Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer in #52.
Apply a highlighter to the top of your cheek and onto your brow bone. I used TheBalm Mary Lou-Manizer. Apply the same highligter all around the mask on the other side of the face.
Apply a pink blush. I used Face of Australia blush in Outback Primrose. Apply the blush to the parts of the cheek on the other side of the face that are not covered by the mask.
Apply a pale lipstick. I used Tom Ford Private Blend Lip Colour in Vanilla Suede.
